Fixture & hardware updates — swap dated or worn-out door handles, light switches, or bathroom fixtures for a more modern, functional look
Minor lighting improvements — replace outdated light fixtures with energy-efficient options (when requested)
Curb appeal touch-ups — basic exterior painting or repairs to entry doors, signage areas, or exterior trim to make a great first impression
